Positive Psychology

Today I attended one of the incredible TEDx talks at Chapman University. The theme was Icons, Geniuses, and Mavericks. So many powerful people from all around shared their ideas, and challenged us with new thoughts. One of my favorite speakers was Shawn Ancor. He says "We believe that we need to be successful to be happy, but could that formula be backwards?" This made tick since I had been thinking of this lately. Why Wait? Happiness is now. It's a matter of turning a switch on or off. Shawn describes it as your lens and how you perceive your life. "If happiness is on the other side of success, your brain never get's there." Finally, he explains that actually happiness fuels success.

Message: Train your brain to be happy and dress crispy.
